Welcome to PaWZ FOR THOUGHT

Milana began helping abused animals as a child in the former Soviet Union and is still a strong activist for animal rights. She has continued her rescue efforts on this continent for over 20 years, healing animals and supporting their care by working extra jobs.

Milana's extensive efforts have grown to a point where it's not feasible for her to financially support her animal rescue on her own. She recently registered Pawz for Thought as a charitable organization, so she can continue her work rescuing injured, abused, neglected, deserted animals and give them a second chance at "happily ever after."

The atmosphere she creates allows these desperate animals to experience love, respect and a safe home environment. Many have stayed with her most of their lives, as she will not allow them to be adopted unless she's sure they will be happy and well loved by their new family.
